E01 Error

Suddenly stopped mid walk with E01 error. Number for customer support isn't working.

Died after less than 5 months of use

Started smelling hot and stuttering/pausing, then starting again. After power cycle, I now receive E5 and cannot get it to start. I have lubricated approximately once a week.
