NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE

In general I like this rower, however, the tank is leaking, underneath. The phone number listed on the web site goes to a medical equipment company and they say there is no affiliation with HouseFit. I have no idea how to repair this. It is a complete waste if you cannot contact the company for assistance/direction.

Console stopped working

Haven’t had it long. Didn’t reset it every day. As soon as it got to 1000 instead of starting over at 1 it just stopped counting. Can’t reset. Worthless! Changed batteries. Nada. Now just a blank screen. Ridiculous!

Trash product, horrible customer service

I used this row machine for less than 10 minutes before the blade in the tank snapped. The tank was NOT over filled. Customer service has been impossible to get ahold of.
